Jason Agee

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jason Agee is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of First Call Group, Inc. He is a mission-critical infrastructure and data center executive with more than 25 years of experience across data center operations, capital program delivery, infrastructure engineering, compliance-driven environments, and global program governance.

His background includes global infrastructure leadership, hyperscale data center project delivery, operational sustainability, lifecycle governance, power and cooling strategy, DCIM and controls integration, and executive alignment across engineering, operations, finance, deployment, and partner organizations.

Jason currently serves in AI data center architecture and power platform leadership, focused on grid-to-chip strategy, high-density infrastructure, capital-aligned deployment, and scalable reference architecture for next-generation AI environments. His recent work reflects a strong emphasis on power architecture, deployment velocity, capital governance, and repeatable campus-scale delivery models.

Earlier leadership roles included large-scale infrastructure program ownership at Amazon, hyperscale data center delivery, Tier-focused operational governance, and cyber/SCADA modernization supporting electric utility infrastructure and compliance requirements. His experience also includes standards-aligned work across TIA, Uptime, NFPA, NIST, and related mission-critical operating frameworks.

Angie Agee

Chief Operations Officer

Angie Agee serves in an executive operations role for First Call Group and brings a strong cybersecurity leadership background centered on detection engineering, security operations, insider risk governance, and executive-level risk translation for regulated environments.

Her experience includes enterprise endpoint intrusion detection and response leadership, security operations program maturity, telemetry engineering, threat hunting support, and governance-aligned operating models that help organizations translate technical security signals into measurable business risk reduction.

Angie’s work has included leadership and advisory support across financial services, enterprise technology environments, globally distributed operations, and mission-critical infrastructure contexts. She has supported detection maturity initiatives, adversary-aligned validation, AI-augmented detection approaches, and board-level threat briefing development.

In addition to her cybersecurity background, Angie supports operational coordination, business process alignment, partner responsiveness, and continuity across FCG’s growth in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and federal market positioning. Her role strengthens both internal execution and customer-facing confidence.
